Great place, lots to do for young and old. Very friendly, have been 3 times and am going again this year.

Bodrum has one of the best outdoor disco’s the Halikarna.Tickets are a bit expensive, but there is usually free drink thrown in. The toilets are not too good, however the ones in the Yacht club were excellent. The locals are friendly. English is taught in the schools, so most of the youngish Turkish can speak very good English.

I have been going to Bodrum for 5 years, and the confines of Bodrum itself, I try to avoid. It is a typical touristy, seaside town with cheap flights that bring in tourists on binge drinking holidays from the UK. Large cruises stop here too. Turkbuku is the “Riveria” of Turkey.
